Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue current sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and following up on marketing-generated leads.
Property Showcasing: Schedule and conduct property viewings, site visits, and open houses to provide prospective buyers with detailed project information.
Client Advisory: Understand specific client requirements (budget, location, features) and offer tailored real estate solutions and market insights.
Deal Negotiation & Closing: Manage the entire sales process, including price negotiations, payment plan discussions, and finalizing sales contracts.
Documentation Support:
Oversee the preparation and signing of vital documents such as purchase agreements and lease contracts to ensure legal compliance.
CRM Management: Maintain up-to-date client records, track deal stages, and log all communication in CRM software like Salesforce or Zoho.
Relationship Management: Build long-term connections with clients to encourage repeat business and organic referrals.
Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
Positive communication skills
2 years of relevant experience in sales or a related field
