Job Purpose Statement:

Why this job exists and the contribution it makes to the overall business of the company
To ensure a pipeline of projects and clients to feed the operations team with steady stream of recruitment assignments
To assist the Director in delivering revenue and client satisfaction targets as set by the management of the company

Requirements
Qualified Qualification: MBA from a premier institute
4+ years of experience in corporate business development
Should have excellent communication (proposal making, email correspondence), Presentation, Relationship building and Negotiation skills
Should be willing to travel extensively (mostly locally)
Self directed work style with minimum direction
Ability to work under pressure
