Job Responsibilities
Handle customers at the sanitaryware showroom/counter.
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable sanitaryware products.
Explain product features, specifications, prices and offers.
Generate sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Prepare quotations, orders and basic billing-related information.
Coordinate with the store/dispatch team for product availability and delivery.
Maintain proper customer follow-up for pending enquiries and orders.
Maintain the counter and product display in an organized manner.
Coordinate with dealers, plumbers, contractors and customers when required.
Maintain daily sales and enquiry reports.
Required Skills
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of sanitaryware, bathroom fittings and related products.
Sales-oriented and target-focused attitude.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to convince customers and close sales.
Honest, disciplined and responsible.
Salary & Advantages
