Role & Responsibilities
Meet at least 10+ prospective clients daily through field visits and generate qualified leads.
Identify recent business opportunities and build a strong pipeline of potential customers.
Understand client requirements and present suitable company products/services.
Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into projects.
Achieve a monthly target of acquiring 5+ new projects/clients.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Update daily visit reports, lead status, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth project onboarding and execution.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in field sales, business development, or client acquisition is preferred.
Solid communication, negotiation,



and convincing skills.
Comfortable with daily field visits and meeting current clients.
Target-oriented and self-motivated with a solid sales mindset.
Ability to generate leads independently through cold visits, referrals, networking, and follow-ups.
Good understanding of the local market and customer behavior.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools is an advantage.
Candidates with a two-wheeler and valid driving licence will be preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and an interest in sales may also apply.
