Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn and other platforms, screening profiles, conducting initial calls, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases and supporting recruiters in closing positions.
Preferred candidate profile
Freshers or candidates pursuing/completed Graduation, MBA HR, BBA, B.Com or MSW. Solid communication and interpersonal skills, interest in recruitment, ability to work on Naukri/LinkedIn, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
