Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and APIs.
Work with Go, C#, and .NET/.NET Core.
Design and develop microservices and distributed systems.
Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and contribute to architecture decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers.
Required Skills
6+ years of backend software development experience.
Robust expertise in Go, C#, or .NET.
Positive knowledge of REST APIs, Microservices, SQL, and system design.
Experience with Git, CI/CD, and cloud technologies.
Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
BFSI/FinTech experience is preferred.
