About the Role

RAM Antivirus Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Area Sales Manager to manage and grow our sales operations across Odisha.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, experience in channel/dealer sales, and the ability to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage sales in the assigned area across Odisha.
Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, retailers, and business partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Plan and execute local sales and marketing activities.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Generate current business prospects and expand market reach.
Manage and support the sales team and channel partners.




Prepare regular sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
Ensure timely follow-up with customers, dealers, and prospects.

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales/business development.
Experience in IT, antivirus, software, cybersecurity, electronics, telecom, or channel sales will be an advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Positive knowledge of the Odisha market and local business network will be preferred.
Candidates with existing dealer/distributor networks will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
