Job Type- Full-Time | In office
Work Location- Thane, Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Salary Up to ₹25,000 per month, depending on experience, communication skills, technical knowledge, and overall suitability.
Required Experience Strictly 1–2 years of relevant experience

Candidates with less than 1 year or more than 2 years of experience will not be considered. Freshers are not eligible for this position.
Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and client-focused Client Relationship Executive – CCTV & Security Systems who will work under the Project Manager and act as the primary coordination point between the client, technical team, and project management team.

The candidate will be responsible for client interaction, understanding client requirements, coordinating CCTV and software-related service activities, tracking technical issues, preparing reports, following up on pending activities, and ensuring timely communication and resolution of client requirements.



1 The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, excellent communication skills, robust client-handling abilities, and a basic understanding of CCTV technology, surveillance software, networking, and technical support.
Client Relationship & Communication

Act as the day-to-day coordination point for the client at the assigned site.

Build and maintain professional relationships with client representatives.

Understand client requirements, complaints, concerns, and service requests.

Communicate client requirements clearly to the Project Manager and technical team.

Provide regular updates to clients regarding ongoing issues and service activities.

Follow up on client requests until proper resolution.

Handle client complaints professionally and ensure timely escalation when required.

Maintain a positive and skilled relationship with the client.
