Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance for robots, booths, ovens, and paint circulation systems.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for quick resolution of breakdowns to minimize downtime.
Ensure calibration of robotic arms and paint dosing systems for accuracy.
Safety & Compliance
Enforce safety protocols for handling paints, chemicals, and operating robotic systems.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company standards (ISO/QMS).
Team Leadership & Training
Supervise and guide engineers, technicians,
and operators in paint shop operations.
Organize training sessions on robotic programming, paint technology, and quality control.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
Continuous Improvement
Drive Kaizen, 5S, and lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
Analyze process data to identify improvement prospects and implement solutions.
Optimize paint consumption and reduce rework rates.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, quality, and maintenance KPIs.
Maintain documentation for audits, compliance, and process improvements.
Communicate performance metrics and improvement plans to senior management.
