Responsibilities
Acquire recent corporate clients for IT Staffing and C2H requirements.
Connect with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Hiring Managers.
Generate new IT staffing business opportunities.
Onboard current clients and develop long-term relationships.
Bring in regular IT staffing/C2H requirements.
Requirements
5 to 15 years of experience in IT Staffing / Recruitment Business Development.
Strong client network and corporate connections.
Experience in client acquisition and C2H business.
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently as a freelancer.
Note: This role is only for client acquisition and onboarding. No candidate sourcing or recruitment responsibilities.
