Circle Head (CH), Grade – L1, Partner Channel
REPORTS TO
Zonal Head

Nature of the Job
To create awareness about our products, to build relationships with customers individually & through the team and promote usage of products by introducing and selling company products to potential customers
The products include a wide range of Water Purifiers, Water Softeners, Vacuum Cleaners, Air Purifiers and Pet Grooming Kits.

Key Responsibilities
Sales:
Identifying individuals or organizations that may be interested in becoming franchisees for the company.
Evaluating potential franchisees to determine their financial stability, experience, and suitability for the franchise.
Franchise Sales: Presenting the franchise prospect to qualified prospects, addressing their questions and concerns, and closing franchise agreements.
Franchise Support: Providing ongoing support and assistance to franchisees to help them succeed and grow their businesses.
Network Development: Expanding and maintaining a network of franchisees and contacts within the industry.




Reporting and Analytics: Maintaining records, reporting on franchise development progress, and analyzing data to improve the franchising strategy
Relationship Building: Building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing franchisees to foster trust and cooperation.
Needs to review and update his Team performance & Reports to his immediate superior on daily / weekly/ monthly basis as per policy.
Should be smart and with a positive attitude to project the right image of the company.
Needs to validate all Demo’s /Presentations (through live voice) done by Team members on daily basis.
Responsible to Train Franchise Team members on field and through role plays – on selling skills / objection handling etc.

People:
Ensure proper grooming of Partner AWEs
Coach and conduct weekly training of Partner AWEs to improve their functional skills, selling skills, customer handling
