Role Purpose: Provides senior-level network administration, operational support, and technical troubleshooting to maintain secure, resilient, and high-performing enterprise connectivity across LAN, WAN, wireless, firewall, and remote-access environments. The role ensures network availability, supports planned changes and upgrades, drives incident resolution and root-cause analysis, and contributes to documentation, compliance, and continuous improvement of network operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, monitor, and support enterprise network infrastructure to ensure availability, performance, and secure connectivity across business locations and supported environments.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless controllers, load balancers, and related network services in line with approved standards.
Implement network changes, upgrades, patching, backups, and configuration updates through approved change-management processes while minimizing service risk.
Investigate and resolve network incidents and service degradations,



perform root-cause analysis, document corrective actions, and escalate complex issues when required.
Maintain accurate network documentation, including topology diagrams, device inventories, configuration records, operational procedures, and incident/change logs.
Monitor performance indicators such as bandwidth utilization, latency, packet loss, device health, capacity, and availability; recommend improvements where trends indicate risk.
Coordinate with NOC, infrastructure, security, service delivery, vendors, and managed service providers to support incident resolution, planned maintenance, and service improvements.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational controls, security policies, compliance requirements, and audit readiness for supported network settings.
