designing and delivering enterprise and employee-facing tools within the
financial services space. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical
proficiency and market insight, with at least 5 years of skilled experience
in software product management. Your role will be crucial in devising cutting-edge
solutions that address the intricate demands of the agile financial services
landscape while significantly improving the day-to-day operations for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive product strategy that encompasses
market needs, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements. Define
the vision and roadmap for enterprise and employee-facing tools.
Market Analysis: Perform in-depth market research and analysis to understand
the competitive landscape, banking & fintech industry trends, and customer
needs. Identify gaps and opportunities for innovation.
Product Lifecycle Management:
Manage the entire product lifecycle, from
ideation and development to launch, evaluation, and iteration. Ensure the
product aligns with the business goals and delivers value to end-users.
Feature Development: Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize
features. Create detailed requirements and user stories that align with the
overall product strategy.
Cross-functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams, including
engineering, design, QA, and business units, to deliver high-quality products
on time and within budget. Facilitate communication and collaboration among
teams.
Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to
measure product success and inform future development decisions. Regularly
report on product performance and strategic adjustments.
User Experience: Champion a superior user experience, ensuring the tools are
intuitive, efficient,
