Job Summary:
We are looking for a energetic Sr. Executive – Pricing to handle ocean freight rate procurement and pricing strategies for export shipments. The role requires strong negotiation skills, market awareness, and coordination with internal teams to ensure cost-effective and effective shipment execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Negotiate ocean freight rates with shipping lines, NVOCCs, and freight forwarders
Manage FCL export bookings, including container planning and space allocation
Develop and maintain solid relationships with carriers, NVOCCs, and logistics partners
Monitor freight market trends, rate fluctuations, and capacity to optimize pricing and procurement costs
Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Documentation teams for smooth shipment execution
Prepare and share competitive pricing/quotations with internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with export regulations, documentation standards, and company policies
Track vendor performance and ensure service quality
