Job Summary:

As a Relationship Manager based in Mahbubnagar, you will be responsible for building and nurturing solid, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. You will be a key point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to business growth.

Job Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and acquire new clients within the Mahbubnagar region, expanding the company's customer base.
Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients, fostering deep relationships through regular communication and personalized service.
Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients, identifying prospects for cross-selling and up-selling products and services.
Provide expert advice on a range of financial products, including investments, loans, insurance, and other relevant services offered by the company.
Act as the primary point of contact for client queries, concerns, and requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.




Prepare and present financial proposals and solutions to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams, such as product development and operations, to enhance client experience and service delivery.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set for client acquisition and relationship management.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (3+ years) in relationship management, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably within the financial services industry.
