Role Overview

The Business Development Manager/Executive (BDM/BDE) will be responsible for driving sales growth, recent client acquisition, and business expansion within the assigned territory. The role involves field sales, lead generation, CRM usage, team handling, and relationship management, primarily in B2B channels.

This is a target-driven, field-intensive role with direct responsibility for revenue generation and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Identify, prospect, and onboard current B2B customers
Develop and execute territory-level sales and business development plans
Generate leads through field visits,



references, cold calls, and networking
Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain solid relationships with decision-makers
Conduct regular client meetings, product presentations, and negotiations
Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business retention

CRM & Reporting
Update and manage leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines using CRM systems
Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity tracking
Follow up on leads and closures in a timely manner

Team Management
Manage and guide a team of 5 sales executives (BDM Role) for BDE no team management
Review performance, assign targets, and support closures
Conduct regular field reviews and coaching

Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
Provide feedback to management for strategy improvement
