Roles & Responsibilities
Assist beneficiaries in availing healthcare services under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme.
Verify patient eligibility and required documents.
Support patient registration and admission processes.
Coordinate with hospital departments for smooth patient services.
Maintain records and update beneficiary details in the designated portal/system.
Provide information and guidance regarding scheme perks and procedures.
Ensure timely submission of reports and documentation.
Address beneficiary queries and escalate issues when required.
Follow all organizational policies, guidelines, and compliance requirements.
