Role Overview
We are looking for a highly polished, proactive, and service-oriented Client Concierge to help build and operationalise Guardian Capital’s concierge offering from the ground up.
This role is ideal for professionals from luxury hospitality,
premium client servicing, concierge services, executive assistance, or lifestyle management backgrounds who thrive in high-touch service environments and enjoy creating exceptional client experiences.
The role requires solid ownership, execution ability, discretion, and a deep commitment to delivering seamless and personalised experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Pillar 1: Concierge Service & Client Experience
Manage and coordinate lifestyle and concierge requests for clients and internal stakeholders
Deliver personalised, high-touch service experiences tailored to individual client preferences
Handle requests related to:
Travel bookings and itineraries
Dining reservations
Exclusive event access
Healthcare appointments and referrals
Gifting and special occasions
Wellness and lifestyle services
Ensure responsiveness, professionalism, and exceptional service quality at all touchpoints
