Title: Retention Manager
Level: Manager
Reports To: Brand Head
Experience: 4–8 years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or retention for consumer/D2C brands
The Role
We are looking for a Retention Manager to drive customer lifecycle, CRM, and loyalty for the brand’s digital business. The role will focus on improving repeat purchase, customer lifetime value, and owned-channel revenue through Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push, and Loyalty programs.
The ideal candidate should combine robust commercial thinking with hands-on CRM execution and customer segmentation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Own lifecycle marketing journeys including onboarding, cart recovery, post-purchase, and win-back campaigns
Drive customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and retention strategy
Manage CRM campaigns across owned channels
Lead loyalty program execution and customer engagement initiatives




Analyse retention performance and optimise campaigns for revenue and repeat growth
Partner with Brand, Creative, and Digital teams for aligned customer communication

What We Are Looking For
4–8 years of CRM/Retention experience in retail, fashion, or D2C brands
Hands-on experience with Netcore, CleverTap, MoEngage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools
Solid understanding of lifecycle marketing, cohorts, and customer retention metrics
Commercial mindset with ability to drive retention-led business growth
High ownership and execution capability in rapid-paced environments
