Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Non-IT Recruiter with expertise in hiring Sales, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and other commercial roles. The ideal candidate should have end-to-end recruitment experience, solid stakeholder management skills, and the ability to source and close quality talent within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for Sales, CRM, Customer Success, Business Development, Marketing, and other non-IT functions.
Understand hiring requirements from business stakeholders and create effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and database searches.
Screen resumes and conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidate fitment.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.




Manage offer negotiations and ensure successful candidate closures.

Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and workforce planning.
Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market intelligence, and pipeline status.
Drive recruitment discussions and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Candidate Experience
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview status and feedback.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for recurring business requirements.

Reporting & Process Excellence
Track recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, offer-to-join ratio, and closure rates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure data accuracy in ATS or recruitment systems.
Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and compliance requirements.
