About the Role

We are looking for a energetic and growth-driven Head – Marketing, Branding & Automation to lead our marketing initiatives and build a scalable student admission ecosystem. This is a strategic leadership role focused on driving brand awareness, lead generation, CRM automation, and admission conversions.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in growth marketing, branding, marketing automation, CRM management, and performance analytics, with the ability to build and optimize end-to-end marketing funnels.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Brand Strategy
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning.
Drive online and offline marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
Build scalable lead generation systems that consistently drive student admissions.




Plan and execute campaigns to enhance market presence and business growth.

Lead Generation & Admission Funnel
Design, implement, and optimize the complete student acquisition journey.
Improve conversion across every stage of the funnel:
Inquiry
Counselling
Demo Class
Walk-in
Admission
Identify bottlenecks and reduce lead leakage through continuous optimization.

CRM & Marketing Automation
Manage CRM workflows and marketing automation processes.
Automate inquiry responses, brochure sharing, follow-up reminders, demo invitations, payment reminders, onboarding communication, and alumni engagement.
Improve customer engagement through WhatsApp and email automation.

Digital Marketing & Growth
Manage Google Ads, SEO, and performance marketing campaigns.
Drive webinar registrations, open-house events, referral programs, and corporate partnerships.
Build strategic collaborations
