Requirements
7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) implementation, Application Management Services (AMS), or production support.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience supporting global SAP S/4HANA settings and collaborating with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA Production Planning (PP) and embedded PP/DS processes in a post-go-live AMS environment.
Support Business Process Owners, key users, and business users by resolving incidents, service requests, and production planning issues.
Manage production planning processes, including Demand Management,



Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production Orders, Capacity Planning, and Planning Master Data.
Support embedded PP/DS functionality and continuously enhance PP/DS expertise through project participation and production support activities.
Perform incident analysis, business impact assessment, root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with technical teams and external partners.
Conduct impact analysis, functional testing, regression testing, and validation for system enhancements and change requests.
Support SAP S/4HANA deployments, rollouts, and hypercare activities to ensure smooth business adoption and operational continuity.
Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and support records while contributing to continuous process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Materials Management, Quality Management, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain domains.
