The role of Supply Manager Program is based in Pune, India.

Responsibilities:
Lead the project purchasing activities within a project team for programs
located in Europe or the Americas (offshore purchasing).
Prepare RFQs, conduct supplier consultations and negotiations, manage
sourcing decisions,



and ensure follow-up after supplier nomination.
Ensure quality, cost, and timing objectives are achieved with suppliers
located outside India.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders across engineering, logistics, and
quality during the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
Mechanical or Plastics engineering background.
8–10 years of experience in Current Product Development and Supplier Management.
Solid experience as a Project Buyer on international projects.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English.
Ability to work in a cross-functional, multicultural setting.
