Job Title: International Voice Process
Location: Noida, Delhi
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Provide resolutions to customer queries and complaints in a skilled manner.
Accurately document all interactions and maintain records in the CRM system.
Follow up on customer requests to ensure complete satisfaction.
Adhere to quality standards and meet performance metrics
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate (any discipline).
Minimum 6 months of experience in an international voice process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Solid customer service orientation, proactive problem-solving skills.
