Responsible for establishing, leading, and operating the Delivery Office,
ensuring successful execution of transformation projects

Hybrid leadership role spanning AI Principal Architecture, FDE, pre-sales,
and enterprise transformation execution
Acts as a trusted advisor to CXOs,



driving GenAI-led solutions and delivery
Plays a key role in deal shaping and commercial impact, ensuring business
growth and value realization

PRIMARY SKILLS

Ideal Candidate:
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or relevant business function or
equivalent.
15+ years of executive experience in IT, experience specifically in AI and
Large Language Models (LLM).
5+ years of direct people management experience, including growing a
technical team and recruiting (and retaining) talent. Proven ability to
effectively manage own and associates’ time while multitasking between
multiple, time-sensitive projects and competing priorities in a energetic
business environment while maintaining strong, productive relationships with
internal stakeholders and external partners.
Experience in client-facing roles in a specific industry or a consulting firm
with account/engagement management role in the skilled services
industr
