Requirements

6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience
Experience in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or related modules
Robust requirement gathering & stakeholder management skills
Hands-on ServiceNow configuration experience
Agile/Scrum environment experience
Robust testing and documentation knowledge
