About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recruitment experience, with robust expertise in hiring for Digital Marketing roles. This role requires someone who can independently manage end-to-end recruitment, build robust talent pipelines, and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities




Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and timelines.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for Digital Marketing positions, including SEO, PPC, Content Writing, Social Media, Performance Marketing, Graphic Design, and related roles.
Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills, communication, cultural fit, and overall suitability.
Coordinate interview scheduling, collect feedback, negotiate offers, and manage the offer rollout process.
Build and maintain a solid pipeline of active and passive candidates for recurring hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate records in the ATS, and prepare regular hiring reports.
