Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Business Insights
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, prospects, and performance gaps
Develop and maintain dashboards, MIS reports, and KPIs for business tracking
Provide actionable insights to sales and leadership teams to drive strategic decisions
Sales Performance Analysis
Track sales performance across regions, products, and channels
Identify growth opportunities, underperforming segments, and market trends
Support forecasting, pipeline tracking, and target vs achievement reviews
Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
Map existing workflows and identify inefficiencies or process gaps
Drive structured process improvements to enhance productivity and accuracy
Implement best practices for standardization, documentation, and scalability
