Role Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex fintech solutions. The role involves managing multiple interdependent projects, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with business objectives while maintaining regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects within the fintech domain, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines
Create and maintain program roadmaps, timelines,



and resource allocation plans
Collaborate with SFB/NBFC partners to understand requirements and ensure successful solution deployment
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and leadership
Manage dependencies across engineering, product, compliance, and business teams
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality outcomes
Work closely with the tech team to ensure the seamless integration of solutions tailored to the unique needs of the clients
Define KPIs, track progress, and generate regular updates for stakeholders
Ensure all programs adhere to financial regulations, security protocols, and industry standards relevant to NBFCs
