Job Description – Senior Kronos Workforce Management Technical Consultant (AMS)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Kronos Workforce Management Technical Consultant
with 8+ years of experience to support a global AMS engagement. The consultant
will be responsible for application transition, production support, technical
administration, integrations, reporting, and continuous improvement while
ensuring high system availability and service excellence.

The role requires robust troubleshooting capabilities, integration expertise,
and experience supporting business-critical workforce management settings.

Key Responsibilities

Transition & Service Readiness
Participate in transition planning and knowledge transfer activities.
Review technical architecture, integrations, interfaces, customizations, and
security configurations.
Validate technical documentation,



operational procedures, and monitoring
processes.
Identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
Ensure operational readiness before transition to steady-state support.

Technical Production Support
Provide Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for Kronos Workforce
Management.
Troubleshoot application, integration, interface, and performance issues.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
Support production deployments, patching, upgrades, and release activities.
Monitor application health and proactively address technical issues.
Ensure high system availability and performance.

Integration & Technical Administration

Support and maintain integrations with:
HR Systems
Payroll Applications
ERP Platforms
Active Directory
Identity Management Systems
Third-party Workforce Applications

Technical expertise in:
REST APIs
SOAP Web Services
