Role & responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally and efficiently.
Assist customers with their queries, concerns, and product/service-related issues.
Provide product/service information and guide customers through troubleshooting steps when needed.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer problems in a timely manner.
Adhere to company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Ensure first call resolution and deliver an excellent customer experience.

FRESHER or Mini 6 months of International Voice Experience is required.
Valuable communication skills.
Ready to work in 24*7 shift timings.
Undergraduate/Graduate both can apply.
