Requirements:
MBBS with MD/MS in Orthopedics or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
Minimum of 1 year of postgraduate clinical experience in orthopedic surgery.
Proven expertise in performing TRUMA (Trauma), TKR (Total Knee Replacement), and THR (Total Hip Replacement) procedures.
Solid knowledge of surgical techniques, implant selection, and post-operative rehabilitation protocols.
Excellent diagnostic, decision-making, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency in using surgical instruments, imaging tools, and electronic health record systems.
Valid medical license and registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
Commitment to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous learning.
Willingness to work in a team-oriented, high-pressure clinical setting.
