Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Commodity: B&T;
Will be responsible for resolving field concerns related to Trim parts across platforms
Data analysis related to concerns.
Daily Repair orders , Service concerns , Field concerns monitoring
Daily monitoring of field complaints & effectivity of actions
Reduction in field concerns by correct root cause analysis & speedy implementation of corrective measure to meet organisation targets
Discussions with various stakeholders for analysis , like supplier , SQE , R&D; , Customer care etc.
Respond to escalated TAR [ tecnical Assistance] to Dealers for concern resolution.
Deployment of lessons learnt in upcoming models based on past learnings.
participate in RGA [realibility Growth analysis ] to identify and resolve product concerns proactively.
Genearte Field concern MIS & publish report, PPT for higher management
Carry out joint investigations in field to arrive at root cause
Take appropriate actions in association with manufacturing, supplier quality & design & for closure of field & internal concerns




Speedy & time bound closure of emerging concerns
warrnty parts disposal with correct attrinution after analysis.

Qualifications

B.E - Mecahnical / Automobile [ additional qualification of plastic , Plymer technology will be added advantage]

General Requirements
Product Knowledge.- For Trim parts ,like IP, Door trim pad , plastic trims , AC vents , grab handles , consol , seats , glass.
Positive understanding of palstic manufcaturing processes its defects and remedies - like injection molding , Vacumme forming , ultrasonic welding , extusiosn , etc.
Positive understanding on vehicle level interface of plastic parts , interface with other vehicle parts
Valuable understanding on manufacturing process of trim parts other than plastics like carpet , soft trims etc,
