Roles and Responsibilities .
Ensuring timely start and completion of PM cycle as per the norms
Auditing coolers in market to maximize their productivity and using the data for refurbishment/replacement of coolers
Verification of compressors & CFM replaced by vendor in market as per SOP.
Coordination with Sales Team and distributors for mismatch Agreements, damage coolers and non-productive outlets.
Pull out /Movement to be done as per SOP.
Vendor / technician training on software application to capture all parameters
Plan & execute Vendor / technician technical training.
Ensure safety during the execution in market & warehouse.
Ensure all SOP's laid down by organization are followed
Field/ Market visits required on daily basis.
