If you have a minimum of 12 months of experience with cloud technologies, excellent English communication skills, and are ready for an immediate start in a US Voice process, this role offers a fantastic chance to grow your career.
Qualifications
Cloud Experience: Minimum of 12 months of mandatory cloud experience , with a preference for experience in Intune, Azure, O365, or AWS .
Education: Any Graduate.
Certification Requirements: You must have at least two certifications or be prepared to complete two certifications during the training period . Relevant certifications include:
Microsoft 365
Microsoft Azure
Dynamics 365
MCSE/MCITP
ITIL

Skills
Communication: Excellent English Communication is mandatory for this US Voice process.
Problem-Solving:



Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities for cloud-related issues.
Adaptability: Willingness to work in rotational shifts .
Technical Aptitude: A solid passion for technology and continuous learning in the cloud domain.

Provide technical support to US-based customers for cloud-related issues via voice.
Diagnose and resolve problems pertaining to cloud platforms like Azure, O365, Intune, or AWS.
Guide users through solutions and best practices for cloud services.
Maintain accurate documentation of reported issues and resolutions.
