Role & Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive technical support to international customers via voice for laptop and desktop-related issues.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems , guiding users through effective solutions.
Assist with system configurations, connectivity issues, and basic network troubleshooting.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering professional and effective service.

What We're Looking For
Education:
Undergraduates & Graduates are both eligible.
Freshers: B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc.CS,



BE (results awaited also eligible) OR Graduates who have appeared for their final year exams are eligible.
Experienced Undergraduates: Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO, or 1 year in a non-BPO role.
Communication: Excellent English Communication is mandatory.
Availability: Willingness to work in evening and night shifts with 2 split week offs.
