Role & Responsibilities
Provide technical assistance and support to international customers over the phone.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, or network connectivity.
Guide users through problem-solving steps and explain technical concepts clearly.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through qualified and efficient service.

What We're Looking For
Education: 10+2 qualification, or any graduate.
Experience: Freshers are welcome, or candidates with up to 1 year of documented technical support experience.
Communication: Excellent English communication is mandatory.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
