What you'll do

As a Software Engineer, Sales within Docusign's Applications Engineering Team, you will design, build, and scale enterprise-grade applications on the Salesforce,React,AWS and C# platform. You will work across all GTM pillars—Sales, Success, Partner to deliver secure, resilient, and intelligent business solutions. This role combines deep Salesforce and Backend technical expertise with an AI-first mindset,



helping shape the next generation of agentic and autonomous workflows within Docusign.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr Manager, GTM Engineering.

Responsibility
Develop experimentation for current automation capabilities and platforms
Develop backend services and domain logic layers within the Salesforce and other adjacent GTM platforms, treating Apex as a server-side programming setting for enterprise application development
Provide hands-on coding/ technical support during US PDT hours including month end and quarter ends
Develop and implement API-first and event-driven integrations across distributed systems (e.g., Salesforce, AWS services, internal platforms) using REST, Platform Events, and middleware
Build enterprise-grade, code-driven applications using Lightning Web Components, Angular and React with a strong emphasis on scalable fron
