Essential capabilities
Positive written and verbal communication skills




Provide operational support for retail banking processes including account servicing, payments, customer requests, documentation and exception handling.
Resolve business queries accurately within TAT while following process, risk and compliance requirements.
Ensure transaction quality, case notes and hand-offs are complete for a seamless customer and colleague experience.
Understanding of retail banking operations and customer servicing
Attention to detail with robust process adherence
Quick learner; able to work across multiple systems
Problem-solving and ownership mindset
Ability to manage priorities, SLA commitments and customer urgency

Experience
Minimum 2 years' work experience in the BFSI domain
Experience in retail banking operations, customer service or back-office processing preferred
Working knowledge of banking controls, compliance requirements would be an added advantage.
