Job Description:
Job duties include
Work closely with both test operation test engineering (ATE) and new product introduction (DFT) teams
Develop, debug, simulate and validate manufacturing test vectors and test programs
Writing scripts used to develop test programs/vectors/data
Document recent product test plans, test flows and hardware
Perform yield improvement and test time reduction
Support continuous innovation in test development, rollout, product quality and cost
Support manufacturing sort and test operation teams on both onsho
