Key Responsibilities
Plan daily dispatches of finished goods from plants and tollers.
Coordinate with Production, QA, Logistics, and Customer Service teams for material availability and delivery schedules.
Create and manage Dispatch Orders (DOs) in SAP.
Monitor finished goods testing and quality clearance before dispatch.
Coordinate vehicle placement and transportation activities.
Manage export dispatch documentation through transporters and CHAs.
Ensure continuous movement of finished goods to optimize plant storage space.
Maintain sufficient stock availability at warehouses to meet customer demand.
