Key
Responsibilities
Client
Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of
contact for assigned client accounts.
Manage client communications,
project updates, deliverables, and issue resolution.
Build and maintain long-term
client relationships through proactive engagement.
Ensure high levels of client
satisfaction and retention.
Campaign
& Project Management
Translate client briefs into
actionable campaign plans.
Coordinate end-to-end execution
of marketing, activation, and experiential campaigns.
Monitor timelines, budgets,
deliverables, and project milestones.
Ensure campaigns are delivered
on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations.
Cross-Functional
Coordination
Collaborate closely with
Creative, Operations, Production, and Finance teams.
Ensure accurate briefing and
seamless internal communication.
Resolve operational bottlenecks
and escalate critical issues when necessary.
Drive efficient execution across
multiple stakeholders.
Reporting
& Documentation
Maintain campaign trackers,
client records, approval documents, and project reports.
Prepare periodic status reports
and performance updates for management.
