We are scaling our platform and are looking for technical leaders who can guide teams while remaining hands-on.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer who combines robust technical depth with leadership. You will be responsible for guiding technical direction, mentoring engineers, and ensuring successful delivery of complex initiatives.

This is a hands-on leadership role, not a people-manager-only position.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership
Own and drive technical design decisions across frontend and backend systems
Review and approve architecture and design proposals
Ensure systems are scalable, maintainable, and secure
Set and uphold engineering standards and best practices
Evaluate, guide,



and set guardrails for the responsible use of AI-assisted development tools to improve team productivity and code quality.

Delivery & Execution
Lead the delivery of complex, cross-cutting features and initiatives
Break down ambiguous product requirements into executable technical plans
Identify technical risks early and proactively mitigate them
Balance short-term delivery needs with long-term platform health

Team & Mentorship
Mentor Senior and Associate engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and guidance
Raise the overall engineering capability of the team
Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
Partner closely with Product, QA, and Clinical stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience
7–10+ years of skilled software engineering experience
Proven experience leading technical initiatives or teams
Solid expertise in:
React.js and frontend architecture
Node.js backend systems and API design
AWS cloud services (
