About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Outreach Specialist Team Lead to lead and mentor a team of 5–8 SDR/Outreach Specialists focused on generating high-quality outbound leads for our software services business. This is a hands-on leadership role where the ideal candidate will actively contribute to outbound prospecting while ensuring consistent team performance and pipeline generation.
The candidate should have prior experience in software services/IT services and possess a strong understanding of outbound sales strategies, lead generation, and SDR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–8 Outreach Specialists/SDRs.
Drive consistent outbound lead generation through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and other prospecting channels.
Monitor individual and team KPIs including outreach volume, meetings booked, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution.
Coach team members on prospecting techniques,



objection handling, and best outreach practices.
Develop and execute outbound strategies to generate qualified sales prospects.
Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Maintain CRM hygiene and ensure accurate reporting of outreach activities and pipeline metrics.
Identify process improvements to increase team productivity and campaign performance.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Lead Generation, SDR, Business Development, or Outbound Sales.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience leading or mentoring an SDR/Lead Generation team.
Robust experience in software services/IT services is mandatory.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Clay, L
