Job Title: Business Development Senior Specialist Advisor

Location: India – Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad/Chennai

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced and agile Business Development Senior Specialist Advisor to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business and solution development activities, with a robust focus on designing, solution architecting, implementing, and integrating SCADA and MES/MOM solutions with SAP/ERP or Microsoft Dynamics and other systems. This role requires travel to customer sites and collaboration with global teams on a need basis

Key Responsibilities:
Lead business and solution development activities to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
Design, architect, implement, and integrate Ignition SCADA and MES/MOM solutions with SAP/ERP or Microsoft Dynamics and other systems.
Response to RFPs/RFQs and ownership of overall solution.
Understand the features and capabilities of various MES/MOM platforms and determine the optimal platforms based on objective assessment b




Manage end-to-end implementation of MES/MOM software such as Siemens OPCENTER, Delmia Apriso, FactoryTalk, etc.
MES/MOM implementation solutions to encompass Detailed Scheduling, Production operations, laboratory information management, tracking, traceability and genealogy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to ensure seamless project execution.
Adept in understanding the implied and explicit needs of customers and translating them into tangible and tailored solutions, meeting with their desired outcomes
Drive solutions design geared towards meeting manufacturing KPIs
Travel to customer sites as required to oversee project implementation and provide in office support.
Work closely with global teams to ensure alignment and consistency in solution delivery.
Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to continuously improve solution offerings.
