Role Description

We are looking for a motivated and technically sound Associate Product & MERN Stack Developer to join our Chennai team. This is a hybrid product-development role where you will wear multiple hats — gathering and documenting business requirements, participating in client-facing product demos, and building scalable full-stack web applications using the MERN stack. The ideal candidate actively uses AI tools to accelerate development workflows, improve code quality, and solve problems efficiently. You will work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.





Key Responsibilities

Business Requirements & Analysis
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Participate in discovery sessions and requirement review meetings
Maintain structured documentation using tools such as Notion, Confluence, or equivalent
Identify gaps, conflicts, and ambiguities in requirements
Serve as a connector between business stakeholders and the engineering team
Assist in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and effort estimation
Coordinate with QA teams to ensure test cases align with requirements
Communicate project status, blockers, and risks

Product Demonstrations & Client Interaction
Prepare and deliver product demos to clients and stakeholders
Understand client pain points and present solutions clearly
