About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate and agile Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead the development of cutting-edge software solutions focused on improving health care. This person will champion a collaborative and transparent culture while guiding our team of developers, designers, and stakeholders through successful project sprints, ensuring we deliver exceptional solutions that empower chiropractors and enhance patient experiences.

Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of chiropractic software projects on time and within budget,



utilizing agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).
Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-up meetings, and retrospectives, fostering a highly engaged and accountable team environment.
Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and developers to understand business needs, translate them into user stories, and prioritize work effectively.
Manage project risks and issues proactively, implementing mitigation strategies and explicit communication plans.
Monitor project progress closely, track key metrics, and report on performance to stakeholders regularly.
Ensure effective resource allocation and utilization within the development team.
Cultivate a strong understanding of best practices, and regulations to guide project decisions and ensure solutions align with industry standards.
