As a Database Developer II at ICON, you will design and analyse clinical trials, interpreting complex medical data, and contribute to the advancement of cutting-edge treatments and therapies.

What You Will Do:

Your role will involve delivering software development and engineering work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:
Designing, developing, and maintaining databases to support clinical research projects and data management activities.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data requirements, ensuring compatibility and compliance with regulatory standards.
Implementing data models, schemas, and structures to optimize data storage,



retrieval, and reporting processes.
Performing database performance tuning and optimization to enhance system efficiency and scalability.
Providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance for database-related issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to project timelines.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant software development and engineering experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.

Required qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Database Developer or Database Administrator in a clinical research or healthcare environment.
Solid Experience in Medidata Rave
Solid understanding of database design principles, data modeling techniques, and Nrmalization concepts.
