Ensure a great customer experience by proactively reducing customer paint points
Create efficient customer care processes and identify scope for improvement in customer experience
Work with the operations and manufacturing teams to ensure all issues are resolved in a timely manner
Maintain updated knowledge of Supervek product offerings, features and policies
Participate in meetings and activities to improve customer experience
Maintain proper documentation of customer queries and resolutions
Handle inbound phone, web and social queries
Assist operations and marketing teams with ad hoc projects and activities

Requirements
Fluency in English
Experience in Handling Customer ticketing platforms like Zendesk/ZohoDesk




Self Starter who can take ownership of the customer experience
Proficiency in MS office Suite
Team Player who can work in a fast paced setting
