Summary: Responsible for financial planning, analysis, reporting, and supporting decision-making to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and variance analysis.
Build and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis.
Analyze P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow trends and key performance indicators.
Support month-end close, account reconciliations, and cost-control initiatives.
Provide actionable insights to business partners and senior management.
Assist with financial planning & budgeting process and long-range strategic plans.
Evaluate capital expenditures, ROI and project financials.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls; support audits.
Run Financial Model for various capex projects and acquisition proposals
Peers and Industry analysis
Support CFO for various initiatives and for decision making with sharp analysis

Required qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics,



or related field; CFA/CA/ACCA or MBA preferred.
3–5 years’ experience in corporate finance, FP&A;, investment banking, or consulting.

Skills & competencies:
Solid financial modeling, forecasting and Excel skills (incl. pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH).
Experience with ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) a plus.
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced workplace.
Advanced presentation skills
AI skills and use of AI tools

Optional / Nice-to-have:
